The organ of San Andrés Nuxiño is one of a group of six 2´ table organs that are nearly identical in construction. Its case painting is the most rustic of the group and may have been painted locally. The bellows were repaired in the 20th century, so this organ was used more recently than any of the others (apart from the restored organ in Tamazulapan). The church seems not to be as old as the organ, so it may have been bought from another church. Local people remember hearing it when it was on the floor of the church. It is currently located in a very narrow new choir loft.
